Hi there, I am confused.In Adverb clause lesson , you have mentioned that the "In north Germany " is an adverb clause . How do you explain that could be a clause and does not have a subject or verb . I think this's a phrase unless you have some explanation. Thank you

The writer should have made it clear which is the phrase, and which is the clause, just like I did with my comments.
