epitaph

which is correct
Our toils are past; our work here is done.
Our toils are passed; our work here is done.

Re: epitaph

The meaning of 'past' in the sentence is 'finished or having come to an end'
Hence
Our toils are past; our work here is done.

Winter is past and spring has come at last.

'passed' would indicate that the toils were physically moving passed you.
