Which one is correct?

Ben's and Daisy's birthday.

or

Ben and Daisy's birthday.

Ben's and Daisy's birthdays

Ben and Daisy have the same birthday:
Ben's and Daisy's birthday.

Ben and Daisy are married, and they own their house:
Ben and Daisy's house.

Ben and Daisy are NOT married, and they each own their own home.
Ben's and Daisy's houses.
