Hello, I have a friend who continuously uses the word "may" in a way that I feel doesn't sound right. I read the rules for the word, and I just want to make sure that I am correct before I bring it to his attention.
He says things like " May you video the event for me?" " May you bring boots to the park?" I feel like you can't "may" someone else. Is that correct?
