Hi,

Could you please tell me whether or not both these structure are correct. And if so, is one better than the other? If yes, which one?

Which one is not correct? And why?

Re: for - ing form versus to infinitive

Both are grammatically fine. They are just different two ways of saying the same thing, one using an infinitive clause as complement to "used" and the other a preposition phrase.
