What is the terminology for when someone says, "Mrs. Smith she" or "Mr. Smith he"? I cannot for the life of me remember what this is called!!

I've never come across such expressions! Are they elements from larger sentences?

For example, something like "Mrs Smith, she hates me".

Is that what you were thinking of?

It looks like a type of appositive to me. I'd be interested to know if there's a specific term.
