using third , second and first person in a sentence

which of the two sentences below are gramatically correct ?

1) sam, he and I went to a movie.
2) I, he and sam went to a movie.

They are both grammatically correct. The only difference is possibly a confusion of good manners based around the idea that the other person(s) should come first.

Nevertheless "David and I went to the cinema" sounds more natural than "I and David went to the cinema". Both are grammatically fine, but I'd choose the first one just because it 'sounds' better!
