Money is there if you need it.
Is the sentence natural? If not, how canI write?

Without the full context it's difficult to tell. The salient interpretation would give "The money is there if you need it".

Thanks. Mr. PaulM.
I'd like to know the meaning of 'there' in my sentence. Does it mean 'available' or 'at that place'?

Again, it depends on the context. It could be existential or locative.

Existential: If you ever change your mind, the money is there if you need it.

Locative: I've transferred the funds to your primary bank account. The money is there if you need it..
