It's possible, but it's not meaningful. For example, you might want to say what it is that the sights will do for tourists:

There are many sights in Kuala Lumpur to keep tourists interested.

Here, the sights are not 'keeping tourists'; they are 'keeping them interested'.

Do you see what I mean?
