Which one of these sentences has strong formal air? If anything has a grammatical flaw, please mention.

1-It would be appreciated that I be provided with hard copies of the mentioned sheets.

2-It would be appreciated that if you can provide me the hard copies of the mentioned sheets.

The first thing is that you cannot use a that clause with "appreciated". Here are three possible alternative versions:

(1) "It is requested that I be provided with hard copies ...".
(2) "It would be appreciated if you could provide me with hard copies ....".
(3) "I would appreciate it if you could provide me with hard copies ...".

Those examples are in order of formality, (1) being the most formal and (3) being the least formal.
