"Places to Lie Down" would seem to be the correct title. Here's why:

The verb "lie" means to assume a horizontal or resting position ("I have to lie down"), whereas "lay" means to put something down carefully in a flat position ("I'll lay the table for dinner").

The two verbs are often confused, partly due to the fact that the past tense of "lie" is "lay" ("He lay on the floor").
