If you have windows ten, there are two free voices. Other windows provide voices that are not as good. Balabolka is free and you can copy any book to Balabolka, then make a free mp3. It is easy and free. If you have windows seven, or the like, you can get a free trial voice from Ivona and make mp3s, which you could do with ten as well, but the voices with ten are good enough.
