Double parenthesis

This may sound silly, but I cannot locate any grammarian rule on offering advice on a double parenthesis.

Here is the example used in a bibliography:

Blinzler, Josef. "Rechtsgeschichtliches zur Hinrichtung des Zebedäiden Jakobus (Acts 12:2)." (Legal History on the Execution of James of Zebedee (Acts 12:2)). Novum Testamentum 5, no. 2-3 (July 1962): 191-206. ATLA Religion Database with ATLASerials, EBSCOhost (accessed May 28, 2016).

The second right parenthesis was to close the translated title. Which is what Turabian 8th edition says needs to occur if utilizing a foreign work, offer a translation of the title. But just leaving the single right seems as though you have left open the initial left parenthesis.

Suggestions?

Please and thank you in advance.

Kindly,
Jennifer
