I can't quite figure this one out. It's apostrophe related:

Would it be. Winner's podium ( or medal) winners' or Winners?

The winners do not own the podium. It describes a type of podium: one where winners receive their medals, as opposed to giving a lecture.

When the issue really is between singular and plural, use the singular. You will see this in book titles, like "The Layman's Guide to Plumbing." It makes it more personal, as if addressing each individual reader of the book.
