Should it be 'please return the form to myself' or 'please return the form to me'

Also is 'in order so that we' correct or 'in order that we'

1. "Please return the form to me / myself".

The default pronoun is "me", but override is available in your example so "myself" would also be okay. I can't see any advantage in using "myself", other than the fact that it adds a little emphasis. It's a free choice really.

2. "We're saving up in order / so that we can have a holiday".

"In order" and "so" usually have a similar meaning so you can use one or the other but not both.
