How should one spell/hyphenate a prefix when it modifies a compound noun (and applies to the whole or second part of the compound noun) ?
E.g. should I write "quasi phase matching", "quasi-phase-matching", or "quasiphase matching", or "quasi phase-matching", or ... ? (Note: the term is intended to mean "quasi matching of phases" rather than "matching of quasi phases")
What are the rules?
