Boss edited the sentence to read as follows:

The cancellation information (date; time; name and title of employee cancelling the detail; and telephone number)the assigned officer obtained from Johnston (via Communication/Dispatch Center) shall be entered on the Cancellation Form.

Why change commas after 'date' 'time' and 'detail' to semicolons?
