"...the statue was unveiled in the city by George Frederick Ernest Albert, Prince of Wales and Duke of Cornwall and York,"
It is usual for royal children to have four (or more) Given Names, honouring previous members of the royal family.

Prince George Frederick Ernest Albert had the titles:
Prince of Wales
and
Duke of Cornwall
and
Duke of York

Today, Prince Charles is the Prince of Wales and Duke of Cornwall
and
Prince Phillip is the Duke of York.

Can you please explain it grammatically?
