The word 'restorating', in what sense can it be used? Is it synonymous with 'restoring'? e.g. create the right plan for restorating the house.? right

you've got me. I don't have a decent dictionary with me at the mo, and I don't know off the top of my head. I can think of a difference between "repair" and "restorate/restore", but not your between "restorate" and "restore".

Repair: Fix using its own parts.
Restore: Fix using new parts.

I know that doesn't help, but it may help some other browser think of difference.

'Restorating' doesn't exist in the English language.
Use 'restoring' unless you want to create a needless new word.
