Should you say:

It is a situation up with which I will not put.

or

It is a situation I will not put up with.

The latter. Though it would be more clear as either "This is a situation with which I will not put up with." or "That is a situation with which I will not put up with."

Even better: "This/That is a situation which I will not tolerate." It's a bit less clumsy that way.
