Stress and Intonation Patterns

Hello, can someone guide me along the way with this if possible please?

Where does the primary stress fall on the following words:government, happy, enthusiastic, personal, personnel, radio, building, parade, lamp, basement, ballgame, tremendous, boring, yellow, paper

Explain whether the intonation is rising or falling at the end of the sentence.
Who is he?
Is she here?
You´re going aren´t you?
You aren´t going are you?
Why did you do it?
That´s so nice of you!
Tim said that?

Thanks

Re: Stress and Intonation Patterns

Kat,

Re primary stress, my guesses would be:

government, happy, enthusiastic, personal, personnel, radio, building, parade, lamp, basement, ballgame, tremeondous, boring, yellow, paper

Re intonation, I am not sure it is possible to answer these. The intonation could change in each one, couldn't it?

Who is he?
Who is he?

If it helps, I can imagine a rising intonation in each apart from the exclamatory one.
