what are the situation of these prepostion? and what are the difference between them?
please I want to know today because it is very important please..please.

I think that:

In - means when you have a deadline, like "I must finish this in 20 minutes/5 days" etc. It is also for months, like "my birthday is in april" and years, like "I think I will be a unicorn in 2006"

On - is for days, like "I went to the beach on thursday"

At - is for times, like "The apocolypse cometh at four o' clock."
