Hi,
i am really confused about to and too. could you please explain (anyone) in simple words, what the difference is!!!!!!!!!!!
thanks my email is grassochristina@yahoo.com.au
*Two* is the number 2.
I bought two books at the store.
*Too* means "also" or can be used to indicate excess.
I you are able to visit Grandmother too.
The chocolate is too sweet.
*To* is used in every other case. Don't bother memorizing how this one works. Just use the process of elimination.
I just checked grammar-monster.com. I found your query regarding the use of TO and TOO.
Its my pleasure to touch with you; as human should be kind and helpful to all- That is the outcome of life.
Dear CHRISTINA
TO- is used to to before second verb in a sentence if the verb is in first form. e.g.
1-I want to talk with you.
2-The guys are going to play tennis.
If the work is being ended e.g.
I work from dawn to dusk. Here dusk is showing the ending time of work.
I am going to Club . Here club is the place where someone has to stop journey.
TOO- it is used as we use ALSO,
If you need any assistance you can email me and i will also get back to you if find any query.
