I want to verify that one sentence about punctuation.
If one's name is Mr. Rooss & Machael want to express that this pen belongs to Ross then he will write like this
" This is Ross's pen.
or
This is Ross' pen.
I am with the second sentence.

we can also express it as in a way of questioning like "Is this Ross's pen?".
