You shouldn't call him "the electician supervisor" unless he supervises electricians. "The electric supervisor" sounds funny to me, like a superhero or something. "The electronic supervisor" sounds like the name for an electronic employee supervison system. No, none of these is good enough, in my opinion. If his job is to control the electricity, I don't see why he couldn't be called the "electricity supervisor" If his job is specifically to supervise the current, he could specifically be the "the electrical current supervisor". If he is an electrician, and his job is to supervise all the electrical things there, he might be "the supervising electrician".
