Plural problems-I need and English teacher!

Is this good grammar? The ultimate goal of Acme's Quality System and Processes is to provide product and services that fully meet our customer requirement and expectations.

Thank you!

Re: Plural problems-I need and English teacher!

If Acme's Quality System and Processes is a title of a procedure or programme (or the like), then the sentence is fine. If not, it should be written Acme's quality system and processes.

I take it 'Acme' is a company name.

The use of 'is' is fine. The subject of this is 'goal'.

Hope that helps.

the customer's bag (possessive form for one customer)
the customers' entrance (possessive form for lots of customers)
