I am trying to figure out where it the best place to get start off my site but I am realizing there is a lot that I do not know and I a lot that I need to learn.

I think I have great ideas of bringing the ghetto to life in the sim world but I do not know how to make come to life.

I was wondering if someone could help me answer my questions. If you can help and explain to me easily or give STEP BY STEP turtorial or a site with STEP BY STEP easy to understand and follow torturial then that would be so helpful and APPRECIATED.

I need to know the following:

**How do I create a logo and buttons for my site in jpg or JPG or gif format.

**How do I create banners for my site to be able to have a banner exchange and affiliate programs?

**How do I create skins?
**How do I create houses, lots, studios?
**How do create objects?
