what was the website you downloud it off of. its probobley it had a viris on it or somthing. you might need to reinstall your game. If u want to save your stuff when reinstall just go to the sims exchange found on thesims.com and save a family or a house or somthing you wanted to save.what was the website that will be a big clue to help me solve the problem. also please anser the quetion I putt up.
