Are the cars AT THIS WEBSITE drivable?

I have been trying to find some drivable cars for ever. Are these cars at this website....drivable? If they aren't, I must start my quest once again to find some.

Where you can download CARS ????? I`m sorry .i`m Nederland`s (i`m not good in English)

How did you get here? Cars downloading ??? WHERE

ON the original sims you will NEVER find a drivable car. I believe on the new sims 2 you can but not on any of the original
