can someone give me simple directions on how to download things from fanpages such as this one onto my sims games???????????

Do not worry, it is quite simple to download once you learn how. Now you must first downlaod winzip before you download, or else you cannot download any objects. Now to get Win Zip, go to the Winzip website at this location >> http://www.winzip.com/ << and click on "download evaluation version". Then save it, and install on your computer.
