1 CAN apple pie filling
6 – 8 inch flour tortilla
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup water
Preheat oven at 350 – grease pan
Roll apple and sprinkle with cinnamon
In saucepan over med head combine:
Butter, white sugar, brown sugar & water and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat simmer 3 min and pour over enchiladas
Bake in over for 20 min.
