Easy Butter Chicken
Ingredients
1 cup butter divided
½ onion minced
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 ½ lbs chicken
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp tandouri masala
1 tsp garam masala
· Preheat oven 375
· Melt few tbsp of butter in skillet over med heat, add onion and garlic, cook slowly until caramelized
· Melt remaining butter over med-high heat, add tomato sauce and heavy cream, add salt, cayenne, garam. Bring to simmer, reduce heat, simmer about 30 min and add onions.
