Donna's Lemon Angel Squares Dessert Ingredients: 1 Angel Cake (store bought) (1 Box @ 425 gr) Shirriff Lemon Pie Filling & Dessert Mix 2 Cups Whipped Cream (1 pint) 9 x 12" Cake Pan Spray Cake pan with PAM or similar oil. Break Angel Food cake into small pieces (approx. bite sized) and place evenly in bottom of cake pan Prepare Lemon Pie filling as per instructions on box Spoon hot Lemon Pie filling evenly over top of Angel Cake pieces Let cool in fridge for one (1) hour Whip one pint of whipped cream Spread whipped cream evenly over top of Lemon Pie filling Cut into squares and serve Donna and Eric - Cooks Corner, April 8, 2016
