Looks like good old fashioned Louisiana democracy in action to me, Quano. Historically, it has been a rare politician there that goes multiple terms without either an indictment or at least an investigation. And the voters have never seemed particularly concerned about integrity.

I don't know about this new fellow. One can only hope that he will be better. Not sure what he has to do with Nagin or New Orleans, but I know that making sense for an entire post is always challenge for you.

I do agree that you right wingers have found a rarer kind of bird in Jindal, though.
