You have forgotten that the planning for the 9/11 attacks happened while William Jefferson aka BUBBA Clinton was president and that one Jamie gerlok(might not be the correct spelling) decried that the CIA and FbI could not exchange information. Now could it be that the clinton administration did not want the american agencys to disrupt the attacks.
