This forum has a long history, by interent standards anyway-unfortunately it has been abandoned for far too long due to real life circumstances knocking the heck out of what had been my very real desire to keep this board alive and well forever so that all of us could meet here and communicate with each other everyday.

I'm not sure that a forum like this is even needed nowadays since the advent of facebook, etc...but I hope that this once thriving BB does bring some of us back together again and that maybe some new folks will join us as well!

Hussien nixes the stars and stripes forever

A couple of days ago at a rally in New Hampsire Hussien decided he didnt want anything more to do with the american National Anthem. Dont know what he replaced it with probably the anthem from Iran or maybe hezbolaw. Or the internationale. Songs he would be far more comfortable with . Anthems he grew up with from his homelands.

Re: Hussien nixes the stars and stripes forever

"Stars and Stripes Forever" is not the National Anthem of the United States, or anyplace else.

Re: Hussien nixes the stars and stripes forever

Olympic hero Jackie Joyner-Kersee lead the crowd of over 100,000 beneath the Gateway Arch in St. Louis in the Pledge of Allegiance and Nikko Smith, son of Ozzie Smith sang the National Anthem on Saturday, October 18.

Just thought I would Mention it, since the Republicans are getting so Desperate and grabbing at straws while hanging by a thread, while the Straight Talk Express has made its final turn on the road that leads them over the Bridge To Nowhere.

You guys have only one chance left. That's hanging all your hope of a John McBlowhard Victory on an over 20 year old thing called "Bradley Effect".

Re: Hussien nixes the stars and stripes forever

jinks: Don't confuse Duane. He thinks "Stars and Stripes Forever" is the National Anthem. You should make it clear you are refering to "The Star Spangled Banner."

Re: Hussien nixes the stars and stripes forever

Don't worry draino. He will stand tall, everytime they play hail to the chief for him.

Re: Hussien nixes the stars and stripes forever

Let me clarify Obama did nix the stars and stripes as the symbol of the united states . And in Mew hampshire there was no room on the obama campaign for the American National Anthem. Grant im pretty sure that Huussien will have a ceremony more befitting an oriental potantate than hail to the chief an American Tradition. Something that would be appropriate for a Muslim dictator surronded by islamic terrorists. And Bill Ayers
