This forum has a long history, by interent standards anyway-unfortunately it has been abandoned for far too long due to real life circumstances knocking the heck out of what had been my very real desire to keep this board alive and well forever so that all of us could meet here and communicate with each other everyday.

I'm not sure that a forum like this is even needed nowadays since the advent of facebook, etc...but I hope that this once thriving BB does bring some of us back together again and that maybe some new folks will join us as well!

The Speaker of the House assures us that total Democrat control = diversity!

“Elect us, hold us accountable, and make a judgment and then go from there. But I do tell you that if the Democrats win and have substantial majorities, Congress of the United States will be more bipartisan,” said Pelosi.

She must be a graduate of gov'mint schools...LMAO

oooh boy im sure she believes that. But i say if hussien becomes president there will be NO republicans in the congress regardles of they won in their respective states or not . They will just disappear as in argentina a few years ago. "Diversity San Fran" Nan Hairy Reed or obama couldnt spell the word.

Which are you against, more accountability (which will be pretty easy, since there has been none under the Republicans) or more bipartisan efforts (again, pretty much none under the republicans).

And, I guess that you forgot, Quano, but it was your team that worked with the Argentian right wing and their death squads. In fact, back in 1985 McCain had his own private meeting with Pinochet.
