Ohio challenge to Obama's citizenship tossed

LEBANON, Ohio -- A southwest Ohio magistrate has rejected a challenge to Barack Obama's U.S. citizenship.

Friday's ruling from Warren County Magistrate Andrew Hasselbach came a day after a hearing on a lawsuit filed by Middletown resident David Neal.

Neal argued that Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner should confirm Obama's birthplace or remove him from the ballot. Brunner's office said Neal's case was based on rumor.

The Democratic presidential candidate was born in Hawaii, two years after it became a state. But theories abound that Obama's birth certificate is fake and he was born abroad.

Judges in Seattle and Philadelphia recently dismissed similar suits.

Nonpartisan Web site Factcheck.org says the birth certificate has all the signs of a genuine document.

The document Hussien the daily Kos have posted states right on the face"any alterations invalidates this document". The file number is blacked out thats an alteration therefore it is invalid. They blacked out the file number so it couldnt be traced relying on the willingness of democrats to accept anything and never question.

HONOLULU - State officials say there's no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome ****** said Friday she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.

There is also the little matter of the birth announcement of a son born to Mr. and Mrs. Barack H Obama that appears in the 13 August 1961 issue of the Honolulu Advertiser.
