Weekender 44 The line-up So Far !

Following this May's record sell out in just over 6 weeks from first going on sale, we appreciate that you've all been waiting patiently for the line-up. We're sure you'll agree, that once again, it's looking like being a fantastic event - where else in the world can you see this much talent under one roof over one weekend catering for our music. OTHER IMPORTANT WEEKENDER INFORMATION

PHOTO'S FOR PARTY MEMBERS

Every time we have a Weekender, a minority of people lose there places due to not getting the photo's in on time, please don't be one of those statistics, we've a huge waiting list of people waiting to jump in and it gives us no pleasure at all having to cancel people, but making up passes is an enormous job and we can't run the event without photo's.

BALANCE DUE DATE

Balances are due to be received at our office by 6th March at the latest. These can be paid by cheque, cash, postal orders or by credit or debit card, should you wish to pay by card then please complete and return Credit/Debit Card Balance and Addition Form which was in your confirmation pack, we’re sorry but balances can not be paid by card over the phone. If you have lost this form then please write your card details including the 3 digit code in a brief letter, we’d advise sending these by special delivery for safety and guaranteed next day delivery times.

Please don't miss this date, we hope you don't think we are being too hard, but we really don't want to see people missing out though genuinely forgetting dates and as we said before the Waiting list is huge & people often cancel without telling us, this isn't only unfair on us, but the many other people wanting to go.

A lot of people have been asking us if this will be taking place on the Sunday again. We can tell you it definitely will be, so you can put it in your diaries now and we'll give you more details at a later date on how you can make arrangements to stay over the extra night.


WEEKENDER 45

Weekender 45, November 6, 7, 8, 2009 is now on sale and bookings are being taken online, all sizes of chalet are still currently available, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 berths.
