Four things you might try:
Chelated Calcium (coral calcium best)
Chelated Magnesium Citrate
MSM
D3

These are basic components to health. I'm 65 had a problem with bone density which lead to my having a crushed vertebrae in my neck. My OD recommended the above and I healed faster than when I was younger. Still taking to increase my bone density and maintain it.
