Hi Dr. Bob!
I tried again for two hours to get ahold of your show this morning. My son has a wart on his thumb. He has gone through freezing and "Beetle Juice", and now the warts have spread to his face, just under his nose (three of them).

I took him to the Pediatrician, and he recommended that we try Aldara 5% cream. I purchased, but now am afraid to use it. The directions state that it could cause several problems/side effects, and that it is not recommended for children under twelve years of age; my son is five.

Please, Dr. Bob, help me with this problem. As I have stated before, I have heard you say on your show that Sambucal and Black Elderberry Extract can help with warts, but I did not know if that was recommended for children.

I am desperately seeking your help with this. I don't want to have to go the other route unless I have to.

TRY THIS FOR REMOVAL OF WARTS.....BELIEVE IT OR NOT..IT WORKS....IVE DONE IT........CUT A PIECE OFF OFA RAW POTATOE...RUB THE WART WITH THE POTATOE...THEN BURY THE POTATOE IN YOUR YARD....WHEN THE POTATOE DISOLVES ....SO WILL THE WARTS.

You might want to try Grapefruit Seed Extract. You can pick up a bottle of it at most health food stores. It is a natural anti-biotic, anti-fungal, anti-viral from what research I have done on my own. Just do an internet search for Grapefruit Seed Extract and with a little research you will be glad that you did. I had a wart on my finger and when I heard about GSE bought myself some to try it out. It worked fine for me. There is still a spot on my finger where the wart was but it hasn't grown in two years. You may have to put a little dab of it aside then dilute that with a few drops of water for it may cause irritation if used full strength. It comes in 2 oz. bottles, the one I have is made by NutriBiotic.

I've also heard of using Duct Tape on a wart, something in the chemical make-up that shrinks warts.
