I went to a doctor that perscribed 10 minutes of natural sunlight every day, no lotions, and as much skin as possible exposed to the sunlight. You can stay longer once you develope a tan....but never burn. Some redheads can only do 30 seconds a day to begin with. It was also manditory that you eat no oils while doing this. Your only fats should be natural fats from raw nuts, soft cheeses, butter & cream etc......and only about 2to4 tablespoons of fats per day. Also no processed foods.
Eat the food as close to the growing process as possible. Eat the apple instead of the apple juice; eat the raw nut instead of the roasted nut etc......and be careful NEVER to get sunburned.Use clothing and hats to prevent sunburn. He maintained that sunburn while eating processed fats was the cause of skin cancer. Small amounts of sunlight on bare skin with no lotion cured everything from cancer to skin rashes.

The doctor wrote a book in 1980 called "Sunlight" by Dr. Zane R. Kime, MD, MS. Library of Congress No.80-51038. He also stated in his book that even inoperatable cancer was reversed with this life style. The book may be out of print because he died in a mountain climbing accident in the 1990's but I would suggest looking at used books on e-bay. There is a first and second edition. This book could save your life when all else fails.....
