Good morning all
Back from the MotoGP and time at the Hutto House for the weekend. Got back about 4 yesterday afternoon. The high for the ride was when I left the Hutto House at 56. Soon it started dropping and stayed around 40 for quite a while. Didn't see the sun, but at times brighter skies. A little rain off and on. Getting close to New Mexico started a steady light rain. Luckily it stopped a bit before cresting the mountain range at Cloudcroft. That was the good news. The bad news was it started to snow. Was down to 30 by then and rode thru snow for about 8 miles. Wasn't sticking to the road, but the roadside was turning white. Finally got up to 44 by the time I got home.
Officially starting our move to Hutto. Opened a checking account at a bank there. Now have to get automatic deposits and payments changed to there.
Only 8 days until I leave for Camp Wood and the HCT. Looking forward to that.
