I told everyone I would get back to them on the money. We collected $210 in dues, $70 for Rod's shirts, $153 for LSV shirts, hats. Donations were $158.50. A total of $591.50 collected. We spent $210.84 for the food, drinks, ice cream, etc. Donations did not cover the amount spent. This is why it is good to charge a registration fee, we usually have money left over after the host spends what is needed on food and other expenses.

All in all, we are fine with our account, we still have a total of $1563.94 this also includes the down riders fund.
