Re: Enchanted Tour

I think so. Cost was $65.00/night.

In the past, if you didn't ask, they were likely to put you in one of the cabins further in.

Re: Enchanted Tour

We may have a problem. I found this at https://www.newmexico.org/covid-19-traveler-information/:
"Effective July 1, New Mexico is enforcing mandatory self-quarantine for all out-of-state travelers to New Mexico, whether by air or vehicle. The mandatory self-quarantine is to last 14 days or the length of stay in New Mexico, whichever is shorter. The June 1 exemptions to the travel quarantine are still in effect, which can be reviewed below."

From https://cv.nmhealth.org/travel-recommendations/:
"Self-isolating or self-quarantine are the voluntary physical separation of a person or group of people in a residence or other place of lodging. Any person who is self-isolating or self-quarantining may only leave a residence or place of lodging to receive medical care and should not allow others into the residence or place of lodging except for those providing medical care, emergency response, or other individuals designated by the New Mexico Department of Health. Family or household members may visit an isolated or quarantined person, but those visitors are directed to then self-isolate or self-quarantine for a period of no less than 14 days. All persons self-isolating or self-quarantining shall be responsible for all costs associated with the isolation or quarantine."

Re: Enchanted Tour

How would this be enforced?

How would this be enforced?
That's not clear but being parked outside a restaurant or driving around with out of state plates could cause a zealous LEO to verify how long you've been in NM.

It's also possible that someone who doesn't like nonresidents could report you to authorities.

Dam bikers!

Re: Enchanted Tour

So, I guess with this new quarentine, the ET will have to be cancelled. And I was so looking forward to the nice dryer and cooler weather as well as the time together and nice rides.
Don't know when our next gathering will be. Probably not the Voyage Home either.
Yall have a good day and stay safe and heathy.

Re: Enchanted Tour

I just cancelled my reservation at KOA. Been talking to Charlie and Mark (the guy who ran out of gas 4 years ago) and I think we're heading up into Utah. The travel restrictions seem minimal and it's been awhile since we were up there on the bikes. I know it's a long ways for you Texas guys, but you're always welcome to join us.

Re: Enchanted Tour

I was also looking forward to the ET, but also seen the same thing that Dave had, so we cancelled our reservation also, stay safe.
