Good Morning from the heartland. Summer is finally here. It is 70 headed for 95 and lots of sunshine. Hopefully, the wind will blow a bit of the humidity out of the air. It's still a bit muggy.

What a beautiful morning here. Cloudy, misty, humid! It's been this beautiful fo weeks now. Don't know why anyone would wanna live anywhere else?


OK.........a break in the pattern is expected. They said clearing on Monday.....I'm not sure if he said which Monday but I'm assuming tomorrow .

I'm not sure if that's the color green of Vinnie or if he's got mold growing on him! Anyway.....

We got 1.5 inches in 45 min last evening = minor flooding again (not the house, just everything else). 6.5 inches the last week in June, only 6.1 the first week in July - it's obviously drying up!
