I got it done - looks kind of messy so it fits right in with my style. According to P=EI, V=IR, & 1/rt = (1/r1 + 1/r2), etc, I'm burning 25 watts of juice on low beam and the usual 110 watts on hi beam. Dimmer lights but still help me be seen.
