Good news- I've got a new fuel filter installed but my fuel delivery problem turned out to be the wire-at-the-ignition switch-pulled loose syndrome. The yellow/red wire from ignition to engine stop switch was intermitent. I've got the wire repaired & the ignition switch about half reinstalled over the last 3 days (counting a day on the fuel filter).

Good job. Gotta watch out for that LWCS (loose wire connection syndrome).
