73 with rain showers moving through like a freight train. Will probably rain all day. High around 85.

Looks like Ike will move away rather quickly today.

Wind is up a little bit in the last 30 minutes- I guess Ike has come to L Hill. Brenda & John are here too. They arrived safely last evening about 5. I'm personally tired of watching the weather channel. Good luck Roger, Vic, et al

I'mj happy to hear that John and Brenda decided not to ride it out in Liberty.

Our kids in Houston had no damage and not too much rain. I hope Brenda & John, Vic & Juanita have the same good fortune. Great riding westher here but still no rain.
