The rider has a concussion but doing fine. Heres the story-------- When the first bikes went by the horse got spooked and he lost one reign. When he lost the reign he had no more control of the horse. He said he had a choice of a barb wire fence or the grass. He decided to take the grass. He doesn't blame any one but himself because the horses have not been ridden in two years. Penny was sure surprised when i drove up. We sat and talked for a while.
